Fishing Charters
Nothing beats the feeling of catching a wild fish, and offshore Newcastle is where some great fishing can be had.
Our fishing trips can be tailored to suit your needs. They can be from 4 to 6 hours duration. Usually our morning trips start at sunrise and our afternoon trips start around midday.
A 6 hour morning trip costs $120.00 per person and includes all your bait and tackle. Morning tea and a tasty lunch are also provided. Water and soft drinks are available.
A 4 hour trip costs $90.00 per person and includes all your bait and tackle. Morning tea is provided and plenty of water and soft drinks are available.
There are several picking up spots on Newcastle harbour and these can be used to best suit your needs. There is a minimum booking of 4 people to a maximum of 7 people. Less than 4 people can be included into an existing charter where possible.
If you wish to fish longer than 6 hours, the cost of the boat for each hour after 6 hours is $100.00.
Trevor uses Penn Rods and Reels and Shakespeare Ugly Stiks with a variety of bait options from WA pilchards, mullet, squid and local prawns to give you the best chance of catching fish.
